Harris County Commissioners Court is being asked to approve a contract amendment with Flock Group, Inc. that clarifies certain terms and makes the agreement available for use across all of Harris County. The amendment covers automated license plate reader (ALPR) cameras and sound detection technology from June 6, 2026 through June 5, 2027, at no extra cost to the county. The item is scheduled for the July 9, 2026 Commissioners Court meeting.
