The Cavalcade Community Center — also known as the Kashmere Annex — is a free resource hub at 3815 Cavalcade in Houston's Precinct One. You'll find reservable meeting rooms, computers, Wi-Fi, fitness classes, enrichment programs, and an on-site teen health clinic run by Baylor College of Medicine (BCM).
The center offers two meeting rooms (each seats 20 people, weekdays only, both can be reserved at once), free computers and Wi-Fi, and a full lineup of programs. Exercise options include Arthritis Exercise, Chair Exercises, Mat Pilates, Senior Group Fitness Training, a Walking Group, Yoga, and Zumba. Enrichment programs cover Arts and Crafts, Board Games, Computer Classes, Gardening, Health Seminars, Monthly Field Trips, Special Events, and a Biking Program. The on-site BCM Teen Clinic is open Monday 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Book a meeting room for your community group, bring your teen in for a health visit without leaving the neighborhood, join a fitness class that fits your ability level, or polish your computer skills in a free class.
