The Cavalcade Community Center — also known as the Kashmere Annex — is a free neighborhood hub at 3815 Cavalcade Street in Houston's 77026 zip code. It's open to all Harris County Precinct One residents and offers everything from free Wi-Fi and computers to fitness classes, arts programs, and a teen health clinic run by Baylor College of Medicine.
The center offers two reservable meeting rooms (up to 20 people each, weekdays only), free computers and Wi-Fi, and a full calendar of programs.
