Public art like murals and sculptures can make neighborhoods feel more welcoming and reflect local identity. This project brings that kind of investment to South Houston through a partnership between the county and the city.
The agreement covers the design and installation of murals on three water towers in South Houston, plus a sculptural piece in a nearby street median.
