Civic Engagement Programs

• Hosts two student Democracy Fellows who plan voter engagement and civic learning events on campus • Celebrates National Vote Early Day to encourage students to vote early • Holds an annual U.S. Constitution Day event with trivia, games, giveaways, and information booths • Offers collaboration and sponsorship for civic events and student learning opportunities • Provides consultations and connections with content experts for panels, discussions, or meetings • Runs personal, civic, and organizational values exploration workshops • Connects classes and groups with external organizations and community partners • Maintains a Civic Engagement Coalition as an advisory board for voter and civic engagement strategy • Creates a Voter Friendly Campus plan every two years with goals for civic engagement
