The Bridge Over Troubled Waters is a domestic and sexual violence agency serving the Pasadena/Baytown area with crisis intervention, emergency shelter, and long-term support. Its mission is to offer support, provide safety, and prevent domestic and sexual violence. All services are free and confidential.
Through these free Housing Programs, clients and survivors are assessed for transitional housing, rapid rehousing, or permanent supportive housing following a housing assessment. The programs are offered by a United Way of Greater Houston partner organization.
