The TIRZ 26 Sunnyside board meets monthly to oversee infrastructure reinvestment in Houston's Sunnyside neighborhood south of the Texas Medical Center. Board meetings are open to the public and cover community revitalization, affordable housing, drainage improvements, and streetscape investments in this historically significant African American neighborhood. Sunnyside residents are especially encouraged to attend, provide public comment, and help shape investment decisions for their community.
