Free HIV testing and prevention services

The Thomas Street Health Center and multiple community health centers across Houston provide free and confidential HIV testing, prevention counseling, and PrEP services. Walk-in testing is available at many locations. For those who test positive, same-day linkage to care is provided including medication assistance through the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program. Services are available regardless of immigration status or insurance. Available in English and Spanish.
