Meals on Wheels — home-delivered meals for seniors

Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston delivers nutritious meals to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities across Harris County through the Meals on Wheels program. Participants receive a hot lunch and a cold meal for dinner, delivered Monday through Friday by trained volunteers. The program also provides a daily safety check and socialization. No cost to participants. Eligibility includes being 60 or older, homebound, and unable to prepare meals independently. Referrals through the Area Agency on Aging.
