Avenue 360 integrates behavioral health into its primary care model, offering psychiatry, individual and group mental health counseling, and substance use treatment services. The approach treats the whole person by addressing mental health alongside physical health in the same visit. We welcome everyone in our community regardless of background or ability to pay.
