Harris County Commissioners Court is reviewing a request to allow a department to use a procurement card, purchase orders, or staff reimbursements for marketing and social media campaign costs. The total amount cannot exceed $10,000. The request covers October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 and applies countywide.
Harris County may spend up to $10,000 of public funds on marketing and social media for a county department. Residents countywide could see or interact with the resulting campaigns.
