Harris County adopted a resolution creating a consultation agent to support employee engagement in personnel policy and grievance handling.
Harris County Commissioners Court passed this policy on March 19, 2026. It sets up a consultation agent to help build employee engagement. The agent will work with staff on developing personnel policies and improving how employee grievances and disciplinary matters are handled.
