Harris County seeks approval of a sixth amendment to its homeless services agreement with CFTH, funded by ARPA and CDBG-CV funds.
Harris County Commissioners Court introduced this contract amendment on June 4, 2026. It asks the court to approve a sixth change to an agreement with the Coalition for the Homeless of Houston/Harris County. The agreement is funded by American Rescue Plan Act and CDBG-CARES Act dollars. Contact Paola.Martinez@csd.hctx.net for more information.
This amendment changes how federal ARPA and CDBG-CARES Act dollars are used in a contract with the local homeless coalition. Neighbors may care because these funds support homeless services in Houston and Harris County.
