Harris County Precinct 3 covers 555 square miles and serves 1.2 million residents—a number expected to double by 2045. The Parks and Trails Master Plan sets a long-term vision for the county's largest park system. Goals include expanding trail networks, creating greenways along creeks and bayous, integrating stormwater infrastructure, connecting neighborhoods and schools to parks, and providing equitable recreation for a growing population.
