Pride Houston 365 is led by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of Houston-area advocates, public health workers, nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals. The Pride Houston 365 Board of Directors includes a mix of backgrounds and expertise. President Kerry-Ann Morrison brings public health experience from Harris County and a long track record in nonprofit leadership. Vice President Aicardo Rivera, Jr. specializes in data strategy and digital communications. Cheryl Peterson works in state government project management and advocates for LGBTQIA+ representation. Venita 'Kitty' Howard has volunteered with Pride Houston since 2008 and focuses on creating safe, inclusive spaces. Herman Finley spent 15 years in HIV prevention work at St. Hope Foundation and now runs community-focused businesses in Houston. Carlia Helm leads the volunteer program and brings a background in creative direction and global event production. Samantha Wheatfall, a U.S. Army veteran, serves as Director of Outreach and connects the organization with partners across multiple sectors. Madison Irelan leads marketing and media strategy for the organization's events and year-round programming. Together, they cover governance, fundraising, health equity, outreach, communications, and community building.
