The TIRZ 23 Harrisburg board meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 12:00 PM to oversee infrastructure improvements along the historic Harrisburg corridor in east Houston. Board meetings are open to the public and cover streetscape projects, drainage improvements, and investments supporting revitalization of this corridor along the METRORail Green Line. Harrisburg corridor residents and business owners can attend to comment on projects and priorities.
