Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone Number Twenty-Three funds infrastructure improvements along the historic Harrisburg corridor in east Houston. The TIRZ board meets on the fourth Monday of each month in public session to review streetscape projects, drainage improvements, and investments supporting revitalization of this corridor along the METRORail Green Line.
