Multi-month leadership program for 8th graders and a parent or guardian, building confidence and multicultural leadership skills through Houston's diversity.
iLead cultivates confident, respectful, and engaged young leaders who embrace their own faith traditions and embody effective multicultural leadership skills. The program serves 8th grade students alongside a parent or guardian through multi-month experiences or day-long immersions exploring Houston's diversity, allyship, volunteerism, and service. Students develop interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to build networks across diverse faith and cultural backgrounds.
Programming is interactive, fun, and grounded in real community engagement.
