Starting over in a new country is hard. PAIR Houston gives young newcomers a consistent, caring adult in their corner. Small-group sessions mean students get real attention — not just a seat in a crowd. Over time, that support adds up to stronger English, better grades, and a clearer path to graduation and beyond.
PAIR Houston runs four mentorship programs. Global Learners pairs elementary-age students with volunteers in small-group sessions focused on English skills, confidence, and academic growth. Global Leaders supports high schoolers in developing leadership, social skills, and college-readiness so they can graduate and build the future they want. All programs use interactive, student-centered activities guided by trained volunteers.
