Hope Disaster Recovery is a faith-based 501(c)(3) disaster recovery organization founded in 2017 after Hurricane Harvey, serving underserved and under-resourced communities in Greater Houston and East Texas. It unites congregations, relief agencies, emergency management, and long-term recovery groups to provide relief, repair, and family-assistance services.
Offered by a United Way of Greater Houston partner, this program provides home repair and rebuilding for disaster-impacted homeowners, including mucking, gutting, roofing, and full repairs. Apply via the Request for Assistance form.
