Founded in 1974, Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels has for 50+ years addressed senior hunger and isolation in Fort Bend and Waller counties. It serves adults 60+ through home-delivered and congregate meals, recreation, transportation, and social connection, providing 369,611 meals in 2025 to over 2,100 clients.
For homebound seniors: one hot meal daily Mon–Wed, plus one hot meal and three frozen meals on Thursday covering the weekend. Each meal meets at least 1/3 of the recommended daily nutrient allowance.
