Founded in 1976, the Fort Bend Regional Council is a private nonprofit providing substance-abuse prevention, education, and treatment services. It runs school-based youth prevention programs across Fort Bend ISD, Lamar CISD, and Stafford MSD, plus outpatient treatment and family counseling for individuals and families affected by addiction.
Through Leadership High School, this youth leadership development program is run in partnership with local school districts and community leaders. It is offered by a United Way of Greater Houston partner organization.
