Harris County Commissioners Court is considering a $350,000 contract amendment with The Gordian Group, Inc. to extend consulting services for Harris County's job order contracting (JOC) management system through April 23, 2027. Job order contracting lets a public agency complete many repair and renovation projects under one contract, skipping separate bids for each job.
