Harris County may partner with The MolinaCares Accord to offer free health education at Precinct 4 community centers for seniors and parents.
Harris County Commissioners Court is set to vote on July 9, 2026 on an agreement with The MolinaCares Accord to bring free health education programs to Precinct 4 community centers. The programs would serve seniors, parents, and expecting parents across a wide range of health topics. The MolinaCares Accord, created by Molina Healthcare in 2020, funds community health programs at no cost to local governments.
If approved, free health education classes would be offered at Precinct 4 community centers for seniors, parents, and expecting parents. Neighbors in Precinct 4 could attend these programs at no charge.
