Harris County Commissioners Court introduced an interlocal agreement (File 26-6190) on September 4, 2026, requesting the County Judge to sign a deal with Kingdom Football Academy, Inc. The agreement would allow the Academy to use and make improvements to part of Paul D. Rushing Park.
