Harris County is seeking approval to renew an agreement with Cypress-Fairbanks ISD to place 15 Youth Service Specialists and 2 Coordinators in the district from August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. These staff provide services not currently available through the district. Cy-Fair ISD will reimburse the county $45,469 per position — half of each position's total personnel and mileage cost.
