Harris County Commissioners Court will vote on July 9, 2026, on a $1,166,365 contract with PGAL, Inc. for architectural and engineering services at Alexander Deussen Park (12303 Sonnier St., Houston, TX 77044) in Precinct 1. PGAL will design facility improvements at the northeast Houston park, which includes boat ramps on Lake Houston. The contract sets a 19% goal for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE).
