Harris County Commissioners Court is set to vote on July 9, 2026 on a $1,777,735.70 contract with Civitas Engineering Group, Inc. for engineering services on the Subdivision Drainage Improvements – Mission Bend – 2026 project in Precinct 4. The work will cover design and planning for drainage upgrades in the Mission Bend area of west Harris County. The contract includes a 19% Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation goal.
