Harris County Commissioners Court is reviewing approval of seven Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG-EN) agreements totaling over $1.28 million. Funded programs include rapid re-housing, emergency shelter, and street outreach services for people experiencing homelessness, domestic violence survivors, and homeless youth. Organizations include SEARCH Homeless Services, Beacon of Downtown Houston, Covenant House Texas, Houston Area Women's Center, HTX H.O.P.E. Haven, The Salvation Army, and The Bridge Over Troubled Waters.
