Request for approval of orders authorizing acceptance of payments in connection with settlement of damages to county property and other claims in the total amount of $130,440 and five workers’ compensation recoveries in the total amount of $13,601; tort claim and other settlement recommendations in the amount of $47,540; denial of 84 claims; and that the County Judge execute four releases in exchange for payment to the county in the amount of $29,076 in connection with property damage claims.

Harris County Commissioners Court will vote on claim settlements, recoveries, and denials totaling over $220,000 at its July 9, 2026 meeting.
