Request for approval of an interlocal agreement between Lone Star College System District and Harris County Public Library for use and maintenance of library facilities.

Harris County Commissioners Court is set to vote on July 9, 2026 on a formal agreement between Lone Star College System District and Harris County Public Library (HCPL) for sharing and maintaining library facilities. The two agencies already run joint branches at LSC-CyFair, LSC-Tomball, and LSC-Creekside Center, where college students and community members share the same spaces.
