Harris County Commissioners Court is set to vote on July 9, 2026 on a formal agreement between Lone Star College System District and Harris County Public Library (HCPL) for sharing and maintaining library facilities. The two agencies already run joint branches at LSC-CyFair, LSC-Tomball, and LSC-Creekside Center, where college students and community members share the same spaces.
