Harris County Commissioners Court will vote on July 9, 2026 on a second amendment to a professional engineering services contract with REKHA Engineering, Inc. The amendment adds $16,020.00 to support the Subdivision Reconstruction – Mobile Homes Parkland – 2024 project in Precinct 3.
