Harris County Commissioners Court will vote on July 9, 2026, on a contract change with Hayden Paving, Inc., adding $1,208,508.65 to road improvement work in the Hardy/Aldine area of Precinct 2. The project is part of the BetterStreets2Neighborhoods (BS2N) Community Program, which upgrades streets in underserved neighborhoods.
