Harris County Commissioners Court is being asked to approve a request letting the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) collect membership dues in person at the Richard and Meg Weekley Community Center at 8440 Greenhouse Road in Cypress. The ACBL's Cypress NW Duplicate Bridge Club already holds bridge games there on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This item was filed June 26, 2026, and is set for the July 9, 2026 Commissioners Court meeting.
A county community center at 8440 Greenhouse Road in Cypress would be used to collect membership dues by a private club. Neighbors who use that facility may want to know who is conducting financial transactions there.
