Harris County Commissioners Court is reviewing a request to let Katy Girls Softball Association (KGSA) invite outside vendors to set up at Paul D. Rushing Park in Katy, TX during KGSA events from summer 2026 through July 9, 2027. KGSA is a volunteer-run nonprofit that has provided girls fastpitch softball in the Katy area for over 40 years, serving girls ages 3–18 through recreational, All-Star, and tournament programs under USA Softball rules.
This decides whether outside vendors (food, merchandise, etc.) can set up at Paul D. Rushing Park during KGSA softball events. Neighbors and park users may see vendor activity at the park if approved.
