Harris County Commissioners Court will hold a public hearing on July 9, 2026, on a request to revise the recorded subdivision plat for Vining Road Sec 1 in Precinct 4. Under Texas Local Government Code Section 232.009(c-1), property owners within 200 feet of the plat must be notified in writing, and the county must post notice online at least 30 days before the hearing.
