Better roads on the Hempstead corridor mean shorter commutes, safer travel, and more jobs. This project will help thousands of people who drive from northwest Houston to downtown every day. Improved roads also help businesses grow in our neighborhoods.
Roads along Hempstead corridor will be improved with better traffic flow, safer conditions, and new transit options. Construction will create local jobs for minority and women-owned businesses.
Current road conditions stay the same with continued traffic problems, longer commute times, and missed opportunities for local contractors and economic growth.
