The Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress offers two ways for students to become a Presidential Fellow. The At-Large Program is open to students who do not attend a partner school. The Innovation Fellowship is for students with a STEM background. Applications for the 2026–2027 cohort are open now and close July 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

We are excited to offer two unique pathways for students to become a Presidential Fellow. Applications for the 2026-2027 cohort are now live and close on July 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. At-Large Program For students who want to become a Presidential Fellow and do not attend a partner school. Innovation Fellowship For students with a STEM background who want to become a Presidential Fellow.
