Spring Branch Community Health Center runs 7 community clinics and 2 Mobile Health Clinics across Spring Branch, Memorial, West Houston, Katy, Cy-Fair, and Northwest Houston. Clinics offer affordable family medicine, women's healthcare, pediatrics, dental care, vaccinations, flu shots, and physicals. Staff can also help with Medicaid, CHIP, and Gold Card enrollment. The centers accept Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance, including Aetna and UnitedHealthcare.

Our state-of-the-art facilities offer affordable, high-quality healthcare to serve your entire family with services that range from family medicine, women’s healthcare, pediatrics, dental care, back-to-school vaccinations, flu shots, and physicals. Additional health services provided include assistance with Medicaid Enrollment, referrals to specialty care services and enrollment in housing programs.
An Eligibility Specialist is available to assist with enrollment in Medicaid, and CHIP, and Gold Card Applications for specialty services. Patients can apply for Medicaid and other public insurance programs onsite at all of our locations.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare and Private Insurance. We are a preferred provider for Aetna and United Health Care.
