Community Resilience

BakerRipley's Community Resilience program helps Houston-area neighbors get ready for emergencies before they happen — and recover faster when they do. It builds on what communities already do well, respects people's own experiences, and teams up with local organizations across the region.

BakerRipley equips neighbors with disaster preparedness tools and recovery training. The approach leans on community strengths and lived experience rather than a one-size-fits-all playbook. Partner organizations help extend the reach across the greater Houston region.
