Cavalcade Community Center — also known as Kashmere Annex — is your neighborhood hub at 3815 Cavalcade in Houston's 77026 zip code. Whether you need free Wi-Fi, a place to meet, a fitness class, or health care for a teen in your family, this center has something for you.
The center offers two meeting rooms (each seats up to 20 people, weekdays only), free computers and Wi-Fi, and a full lineup of programs. Exercise options include Arthritis Exercise, Chair Exercises, Mat Pilates, Senior Group Fitness Training, Walking Group, Yoga, and Zumba. Enrichment programs cover Arts and Crafts, Board Games, Computer Classes, Gardening, Health Seminars, Monthly Field Trips, Special Events, and a Biking Program. The Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) Teen Health Clinic operates on-site weekdays: Monday 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
