Burnett Bayland Park Major Revitalization Project in Gulfton

Harris County is revitalizing Burnett Bayland Park in Gulfton through three construction phases running from April 2025 to late 2030. Planned improvements include expanded tree canopy, porous surfaces to reduce flooding, a stormwater retention pool, community gardens, soccer fields, sports courts, walking trails, an inclusive playground, an outdoor amphitheater, and a splash pad to serve families of all ages and abilities.
