Harris County program providing community supervision, counseling, mentoring, and rehabilitative services for justice-involved youth and their families.
Services are provided at Community Unit Probation Services (CUPS) offices located throughout Harris County, plus satellite locations to make it easier for families to get there. Counseling can also happen in the home. Some services are available in both English and Spanish.
Getting caught up in the juvenile justice system doesn't have to mean losing everything. This program gives young people real tools — like mentoring, mental health support, and career planning — so they can stay with their families, finish school, and build a better path forward.
