The Montrose Center helps Houston residents stay healthy and feel better by offering mental health support and crisis services. They provide counseling, therapy, and emergency help when people need someone to talk to right away. Their team works to make sure everyone has access to care that makes a real difference in their lives.
The LIFE Counseling Program offers professional individual, couples/family, and group counseling by licensed master's-level therapists in an LGBTQ-affirming setting, open to the community. It is provided by The Montrose Center, a United Way of Greater Houston partner organization.
