Prevent Blindness Texas is a nonprofit voluntary health agency (established 1956) and affiliate of Prevent Blindness America. It preserves and protects sight for Texas's most vulnerable residents through vision screenings, eye-health and safety education, referrals, and financial assistance, with offices in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio.
Financial assistance and referrals for eligible adults and children to receive free comprehensive eye exams and/or eyeglasses through partner programs (VSP Eyes of Hope, Sight for Students).
