Houston Public Library operates 44 branch locations across Houston, providing free library services to all Houston residents. Beyond books and media, HPL offers free computer and internet access, job search assistance, resume workshops, ESL and citizenship classes, GED preparation programs, early literacy programs for young children, and after-school homework help.
