Founded in 1976, the Fort Bend Regional Council is a private nonprofit providing substance-abuse prevention, education, and treatment services. It runs school-based youth prevention programs across Fort Bend ISD, Lamar CISD, and Stafford MSD, plus outpatient treatment and family counseling for individuals and families affected by addiction.
Offered by a United Way of Greater Houston partner, this program delivers outreach, drug symposiums, Red Ribbon Week, presentations, drug-free puppet shows, and speaker requests to keep families and communities drug-free across the region.
