BACODA is a nonprofit (founded 1974) that helps individuals, families, and communities prevent and address substance use disorders through education, prevention, intervention, school-based youth programs, and recovery counseling across the southeast Houston region.
This United Way of Greater Houston partner runs Youthworks, a school-based prevention program delivering structured, evidence-based curricula to middle and high school students in partner districts to build resistance and life skills. Free; delivered through partner school districts.
