We will show what we know and where it came from.
The Harris Center coordinates IDD and Autism services in Harris County, including day programs, crisis support, and home-based care.
Services are available across Harris County. Depending on the program, support may be provided in your home, in the community, at a Harris Center location, or via telehealth. The five ICF-IID residential locations are in the community. Services are generally not provided in school settings.
Caring for a family member with IDD or Autism can be overwhelming. The Harris Center helps by pulling together many types of support under one roof — so families don't have to figure it all out alone. Whether your child needs feeding therapy, your adult family member needs day programs, or you're in crisis right now, there's likely a service here that fits.
The Resource Center maps the services, programs, and benefits across the city — and the people behind them.
