Committed to increasing community access to health services, Commissioner Lesley Briones is partnering with the County and local non-profits to bring critical services to the Gulfton and Sharpstown communities. Bayland Park, home to Bayland Community Center and Fonteno Senior Education Center, now offers a variety of health and wellness services.

Precinct 4 partners with Tejano Center to bring La Tiendita, a food access initiative, to address food insecurity, guide residents through programs like SNAP, and provide case support.

No appointment needed. Patients will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Services include, but are not limited to, wellness exams, cancer screenings, STI testing and treatment, and vaccines and immunizations for children and adults.
